Youth Faith Formation/Religious Education
Faith Formation classes for youth who are in grades kindergarten through grade five are held as follows.
This year Faith Formation classes for Grades K-5 will begin on Sunday, September 14th.
Classes will be held at St. Patrick’s Church in Cumberland, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., and St. Ambrose Church in Cresaptown, from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We use approved text material from Catholic publishers. Our classes are taught by volunteer catechists and we have an aide in each classroom.
FAITH FORMATION UPCOMING EVENTS
Parent Connections – an informal gathering for parents/guardians to talk, learn and discuss what is important to YOU. Next gathering – Sunday, February 8th at St. Ambrose during Faith Formation classes in former day care room, and Sunday, February 15th at St. Patrick’s during Faith Formation classes in social center.
